Requirements (at home/office):
- IP camera(s). We supply and support Vivotek IP cameras.
- Internet connection. Your cameras may be located in Singapore or overseas as long as it is connected by Internet. You may have more than one IP camera at one or more different locations.
Supported viewing devices:
- 3G mobile phone.
- PC or notebook.

- Easy to use. Just dial a telephone number to select and view your cameras. No need to install software on your phone.
- Low cost. No data charges. Each call is charged at the same rate as normal voice call rate (i.e. 10 to 15 cents perminute according to your subscription plan).

STEP 1: Call the service access number
STEP 2: Use keypad to select the camera that you want to view
STEP 3: View live video stream from the selected IP camera
STEP 4: Press # to go back and select another camera to view
